Step-by-step process
1. Sign in with Microsoft Entra
Customers create an account with a supported work, Microsoft, or email one-time passcode identity.
2. Choose a subscription
Choose the daily or hourly refresh plan that fits your reporting needs and complete subscription signup.
3. Authorize QuickBooks
Each company is connected through Intuit OAuth so DataToLake can read approved accounting data.
4. Run scheduled refreshes
Customers choose the QuickBooks entities they want refreshed, then daily or hourly syncs keep data current.
5. Access data in ADLS
DataToLake creates a customer-specific folder in its ADLS account and secures access through Microsoft Entra.
